Paneer Tikka Masala !
- Paneer -250 gms
- Yogurt-1/2 cup
- ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilly powder-2 tsp
- Garam masala -1 tsp
- salt
Ingredients for masala
- Capcicum-1
- onion -2
- tomato -2
- tomato puree -1/4 th cup
- cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
- Red chilly powder-2 tsp
- garam masala powder -1 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/4 th tsp
- coriander powder-1 tsp
- cumin powder-1 tsp
- kasuri methi -1 tsp
- 1/2 cup water
- cream -2 tsp
- butter -1 tsp
- coriander leaves -a little
- saltto taste
cut paneer into small cubes n marinate it with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, garam masala n salt ... keep in freeze for 1/2 an hr ..
Heat tawa ..add 2 tsp oil n fry d marinated paneer n prepare tikka.
in a kadai add oil , cumin seeds, chopped onion ..fry till pink ,add capsicum fry 4 a while ,add ginger garlic paste , chopped tomatoes fry till d raw smell goes ..add in tomato puree .. all the powders and salt ..add water , crushed kasuri methi , paneer tikka ,cream ..garnish with coriander leaves n serve hot with dollop of butter .
