Corn Biryani


Corn Biryani

  • 1cup-basmati rice
  • 11/2 glass water
  • 1cup-sweet corn
  • 1-large onion
  • 1-large tomato
  • 1tsp-ginger garlic paste
  • 1-small piece cinnamon
  • 2-cloves
  • 2.-green Cardamom
  • 1-bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp -chilly powder
  • 1/4 th tsp-turmeric powder
  • 1/4 th tsp -turmeric powder
  • 1/4 th tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tblsp-ghee
  • 1/4 th bunch-mint leaves
  • 2-green chillies
  • 4 -cloves garlic flakes
  • salt to taste 

Method 

Prepare rice n keep aside
pressure cook corn kernels
grind tomato and garlic flakes ..
In a kadai add ghee, bay leaf , cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, slit green chillies, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste n fry 4 a while .. then add d ground paste ..fry till d raw smell goes !..add in chopped mint leaves, add cooked corn kernels, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder n garam masala .. add in rice n mix till all d masla is well coated !
