Tomato Rice TYPE 1

Tomato Rice TYPE 1
  • Cooked Basmati Rice-1 cup
  • Tomatoes-3 meduim 
  • Onion -1
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder-1 tsp (according to d taste ) 
  • Garam Masala Power-1 tsp 
  •  Cloves-2
  • Cinnamon -1  
  • Oil/Ghee -2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 

Method
In a kadai add oil/Ghee add in cloves , Cinnamon ,finely chopped onions..fry till transparent ,then Ginger garlic paste fry for a minute ,add in chopped tomatoes n fry till the raw smell goes .. add all the powders , salt n cooked rice ..mix well !
