Sun dried Karathe /Bitter Gourd fried
- White Bitter Gourd -3
- Salt - 2 to 3 tsp
wash the bitter gourd , dry it n roughly remove the skin n chop into small pieces .Add salt , cover n set aside for 5 to 6 hours n then squeeze it well .. on a clean dry cotton cloth spread the squeezed salted bittergourd pieces n sun dry for about 4 to 5 days . Store in air tight conatiner n use as n when needed .
Method for frying
- Sun dried bitter gourd pieces - 1 tblsp
- Oil for deep frying
Heat oil in a kadai n add few sun dried bitter gourd pieces n fry till crisp .
Palak Thove ( Spinach watery Dhal )
Soak Thur dhal for 10 mts n pressure cook it with spinach , green chilly, salt n grated coconut !
season with Mustard , cumin seeds, Urid dhal n hing , Squeeze in lime

Wash Beans n Chop Beans
In a kadai add oil, splutter mustard seeds n add torn dry red chillies , add the chopped vegetable n then little water along with salt n cook til done . Garnish with grated coconut n mix well
Instant Tomato Saaru
Wash n boil the chopped tomatoes .Add slit green chilly , jaggery ,salt n boil well again. Then give the seasoning .
