Chopped Coriander leaves-1 tsp
Pressure cook Thur dhal, cabbage shredded , tomatoes n turmeric powder. churn it for a second ,then add salt , water as required and bring it to boil ..
In a kadai add ghee, cumin seeds, mustard seeds ..once it stops spluttering add slit green chillies, crushed garlic n fry for few mts ... add curry leaves n then red chilly powder n add this seasoning to the cooked dhal .
Garnish with coriander leaves .
Tendle Talasani . Ivy gourd sauteed in garlic .
wash n cut d end points of Ivy gourd n crush them lightly ..apply salt n keep it aside for 10 mts ..
In a kadai add oil, crushed garlic flakes ,when it turns golden brown add dry chilly flakes n fry for sometime .. now squeeze d ivy gourd n roast it .. sprinkle water n cook it covered , on low flame ! saute in between , n cook till the veggies turn light brown .
Bimbla Gojju /Bilimbi fruit Gojju
Boil Bimbul's in little water till soft , keep aside n cool it .
In oil, roast red chilly n hing
Now add the roasted chilly , hing ,salt to the boiled bimbul 's n squeeze well .
Tangy Gojju is done .
Capsium Bajo /Besan Fries
To make a semi solid batter
Wash n Slice the capsicum to desired shape ..
Prepare a batter using besan, hing,chilly powder , salt n water to a medium consistency .
Heat oil in a deep kadai , dip the sliced capsicum in the batter few at a time n deep fry till crisp .
