Peas Puloa
- 1 cup- long grained rice
- 1 cup- Green Peas
- 2 cups -water
- 2 sticks- cinnamon
- 2 -cloves
- 1 -bay leaf
- 1 or 2 -green chillies
- 1 small onion
- Ghee-2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
In a pressure cooker ,add ghee, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, fry for a while n then add chopped onion n fry till pink , add chopped green chillies n fry for a minute ..add peas along with rice n fry for a minute ..add water ..close the lid n pressure cook it for 2 whistle !
