Rajasthani Mirchi Bajji .. Khatta, Meeta aur Tikkha .

  • Banana chillies-5 to 6 
  • Gram flour/Besan-  6 to 7 tsp 
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder-1 tsp
  • Hing /asafoetida -2 pinch 
  • Lime juice-1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp 
  • Sugar-1/2 tsp 
  • salt to taste 
Method
Wash n slit Banana chillies n keep aside 

In a bowl add Besan, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing, lime juice, salt , sugar n oil n mix well .. 
fill this mixture in d slit chillies ..

in a kadai add a tsp of oil n place these stuffed chillies , close the lid n cook on low flame for about 5 to 6mts or till done !
