Corn Pakoda

Corn Pakoda  

  • American Sweet corn kernels ..1 cup 
  • Onions..2 
  • Green chillies chopped..3 
  • Rice powder..2 tblsp 
  • Besan/ Bengal Gram flour .1 tblsp 
  • Chopped Coriander leaves..1 tblsp 
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying 


Boil the sweet corn kernels n drain it well .

In a bowl add the boiled corn kernels , chopped onions, chopped green chillies , rice powder, besan, chopped coriander leaves  n salt . mix well , form into round shape n deep fry till crisp . 
Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney
