Cabbage Ambado ..version 2

  • Cabbage .. Finely chopped ( 2 cups )
  • Onion ..Finely chopped .. 1 cup 
  • Green chilles chopped ..2 or according to the spice 
  • Coriander leaves chopped..1 tblsp
  • Ginger Grated .. 1/2 tsp
  • Gram Flour... 2 tblsp
  • Rice flour..2 tblsp
  • Red chilly powder..1 tsp
  • Semolina... 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste .
  • Oil for deep frying 


Method 
In a bowl, add chopped cabbage,onion, green chilles, coriander leaves, ginger grated , gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, semolina , salt n mix well ... 

Make equal sized small round balls . 

Heat oil in a kadai , add in 4 to 5 cabbage balls at a time n cook on both sides till crisp .
