Charmburi /puffed rice dosa




Charmburi (Puffed rice ) Dosa  with Brahmi Leaves Chutney !

  • 1 Cup -Dosa Rice
  • 1/2 Cup -Urad Dhal
  • 1/2 tsp -Methi seeds
  • 3/4 th Cup -Charmburi(puffed rice )
Method
Soak Dosa Rice , Urad Dhal n Methi Seeds for 3 hrs n grind with Charmburi ( soaked in water for 10 mts ) .. to a fine paste .. add salt n ferment overnight ..

Heat the tawa ..apply 1 tsp oil and take a ladle full batter and dont spread the batter too much ..roast on both sides ..Serve Hot with chutney of ones choice !
