Rajasthani Aaloo Pyaz ki Sabzi
- 2 medium -potatoes
- 2 medium - Onions
- 1 medium- tomato
- 1 tsp -cumin seeds
- 3-Garlic flakes
- 1/2 tsp- Mustard
- little hing
- Kasuri methi-1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder -1 tsp
- Turmeri powder-1/2 tsp
- Coriender powder-3/4th tsp
- Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
In a kadai add 3 tsp oil , mustard, cumin seeds, hing, chopped garlic, onions n fry till pink ,add tomatoes ..fry till d raw smell goes , add in all d powders fry for 2 mts .. add salt , cubed potatoes ,water n crushed kasuri methi . cook till done !
