Rajasthani Aaloo Pyaz ki Sabzi

Rajasthani Aaloo Pyaz ki Sabzi
  • 2 medium  -potatoes
  • 2 medium - Onions
  • 1 medium- tomato
  • 1 tsp -cumin seeds
  • 3-Garlic flakes
  • 1/2 tsp- Mustard
  • little hing
  • Kasuri methi-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder -1 tsp
  • Turmeri powder-1/2 tsp
  • Coriender powder-3/4th  tsp
  • Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

In a kadai add 3 tsp oil , mustard, cumin seeds, hing, chopped garlic, onions n fry till pink ,add tomatoes ..fry till d raw smell goes , add in all d powders fry for  2 mts .. add salt , cubed potatoes ,water n crushed kasuri methi . cook till done !
