Vaangi Baath

vaangi baath .. 
  • Cooked Rice -2 cups 
  • Brinjals -4 medium sized 
  • Home made Vaangi Baath powder-3tsp
  • salt to taste 

Seasoning
  • Oil-2tsp
  • Mustard- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 th tsp  

Method
 in a pan add oil, mustard,  turmeric powder, add cut brinjals n fry till soft add in the baath powder ..add cooked rice, salt .. can squeeze in lime 4 tangy flavour !
