vaangi baath ..
- Cooked Rice -2 cups
- Brinjals -4 medium sized
- Home made Vaangi Baath powder-3tsp
- salt to taste
Seasoning
- Oil-2tsp
- Mustard- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/4 th tsp
Method
in a pan add oil, mustard, turmeric powder, add cut brinjals n fry till soft add in the baath powder ..add cooked rice, salt .. can squeeze in lime 4 tangy flavour !
