Pumkin Vadas

Pumkin Vadas
  • Pumpkin - 2 cups finely chopped/ coarsely grated
  • Onion- 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves- one handful chopped
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves (Optional)
  • Chickpea flour - ¾ th cup
  • Rice flour - ¼ th cup
  • Green Chillies - 2 finely chopped
  • Red Chilly Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

     In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients expect oil n mix well ... Sprinkle little water if the mix is too thick ..

     Add oil in a kadai , heat it n When oil is hot enough, take little  batter and make a ball and flatten it on your palm. Drop it in oil and fry till brown on both sides few at a time .
