Pumkin Vadas
- Pumpkin - 2 cups finely chopped/ coarsely grated
- Onion- 1 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves- one handful chopped
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves (Optional)
- Chickpea flour - ¾ th cup
- Rice flour - ¼ th cup
- Green Chillies - 2 finely chopped
- Red Chilly Powder-1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients expect oil n mix well ... Sprinkle little water if the mix is too thick ..
Add oil in a kadai , heat it n When oil is hot enough, take little batter and make a ball and flatten it on your palm. Drop it in oil and fry till brown on both sides few at a time .
