Paneer Butter Masala
- 1/4 th kg- paneer .. (Cut into cubes n shallow or deeep fried )
- 3 -big onions,
- 3- tomatoes( make puree )
- cashewnuts-1 fist make paste ..
- 2tsp-Ginger Garlic Paste
- 11/2tsp -Garam Masala
- 1 tsp -haldi
- 11/2 tsp -coriender powder,
- 1 tsp- zeera powder
- 100 gms -Unsalted Butter
- 1 glass -Milk
- salt to taste
- coriender leaves for garnishing
Method
Heat 2 tsp of oil n add finely chopped onions fry till pink add Ginger garlic paste ..
.. fry for a while .. add in tomatoo puree , cook till d raw smell goes.... add garam masala powder, haldi powder, coriender powder, zeera powder fry it for a while .. then add cashewnut paste , fry for a mt add in unsalted butter , salt , when it melts add milk ..then add d fried paneer n garnish with coriender leaves!
