Kancheepuram Dosa
- 2 Cups -Dosa Rice
- 1/2 cup- Urid Dhal
- 1 tsp - chana dhal
- 1 tsp- peper corns
- 1/2 tsp-turmeri powder
- 1/2 tsp -Methi seeds
- a pinch hing
- salt to taste ..
Soak rice, urid , chana dhal n methi seeds for 3 hrs and grind to a fine paste along with pepper corns, turmeric, and hing .. add in salt n ferment the batter overnight ..
Heat the tawa , smear a tsp of oil n spread a ladle full batter n roast on both sides !
