Kadgi Kabab ( Raw Jack fruit Kabab ) 


  • Raw Jack fruit cut into 2 inch triangle pieces ..2 cups 

For Kabab Masala 

  • Corn Flour..1 tblsp
  • Rice Flour..1 tblsp
  • Maida Flour.. 1 tblsp
  • Red Chilly Powder... 2 tsp 
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ..1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce.. 1 tsp 
  • Chat Masala Powder.. 1/2 tsp 
  • Garam Masala Powder..1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Kasuri Methi...2 tsp
  • Salt to taste 

Garnish 

  • Fried Curry Leaves ..3 sprigs 

Method
Wash the chopped raw jack fruit pieces . 

Pressure cook it for 1 whistle adding salt to taste . Drain the water n allow it to cool . 

In a bowl add corn flour, rice flour, maida flour, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chat masala, garam masala , crushed kasuri methi n salt ... mix well ... add little water and make a thick paste .Add the cooked jack fruit pieces , mix well n let it marinate for few mts . 

Heat oil in a kadai n drop a few marinated jack fruit pieces n deep fry till crisp . 

Garnish with fried curry leaves n serve hot .
