Keerla Neele Sanna Polo /Tender Bambo shoots Spicy Dosa  
  • Keerla Neele /Finely shredded tender fresh bamboo shoots -1 cup 
  •  Raw rice-1 cup 
  • Dry Red Chilly - 6 
  • Grated coconut -1 cup 
  • Tamarind -Tamarind Seed size 
  • Salt to taste 

Method
Soak rice in water about 3  hrs ..

Grind grated coconut , dry red chilly, tamarind to a paste ,Add the soaked rice n grind again n make sure with little water n the batter need to be semi coarse .

Remove the ground batter add finely shredded bamboo shoot n salt .Mix well .

Heat a dosa tawa, smear little oil , take a fist full batter , place it on the heated tawa n pat with hands , dipping fingers in water , to a round shape , cover n cook on both sides ..adding oil at the edges 
Note: Soak bamboo shoot in plain water for 24 hours or 2 days   before using it. Change the water once in a day to avoid bitterness .
