Magge , Bikkand Koddel adding Ambado ( Mangalore cucumber , Jackfruit seeds cooked in coconut based gravy adding sour hog plum )

 Magge , Bikkand  Koddel adding Ambado  ( Mangalore cucumber , Jackfruit seeds cooked  in coconut based gravy adding sour hog plum  ) 

  • Mangalore cucumber -chopped with skin to cubes-2 cups
  • Bikkand/Raw Jackfruit seeds - Remove the skin n  cut into 2  -1 cup 
  • Sour Hog Plum -2 , crushed slightly 
  • Grated coconut-2  cup's 
  • Roasted dry Red chilly -8 to 10   or according to the taste 
  • Salt to taste 

Seasoning 
  • Coconut oil-2 tsp 
  • Crushed Garlic- 10 to 12  flakes 
Method 
wash n pressure cook Magge, Bikkand n Ambado for just one whistle . 

Grind grated coconut, roasted dry red  chillies  to a fine paste , add this ground masala to the cooked veggies along with salt n boil it .

Season with Crushed garlic in coconut oil .

Note : The gravy has to be slightly thick
