Katsambar Rice Appo

Katsambar Rice Appo 

  • Urid Dhal - 1 cup heaped 
  • Katsambar Rice -1 cup 
  • Kani Tandulu /Broken Rice - 2 cup's 
  • Salt to taste 

Wash n soak Urid dhal , katsambar rice n broken rice together for about 5 to 6 hours n grind to a fine paste . Add salt n ferment overnight . 

Heat appa pan  ..apply oil ..pour in batter n roast both sides .
Serve hot with chutney .
