Mixed Vegetable Green Masala Koorma .


  • Green Peas -1/2 cup 
  • Carrot , Cauliflower florets, Potato , Beans , Chayote squash-Peeled n chopped - 2 cup's altogether .
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp 
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp 
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 


To Grind to a paste 

  • Grated coconut -1/2 cup 
  • Hurikadale/Roasted Gram -1 tblsp 
  • Green chilly -3 or according to the spice 
  • Onion - 1 
  • Ginger -1 inch piece
  • Garlic flakes -6 to 8 
  • Cloves -3 
  • Cinnamon=1 inch stick 
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 fist 


Seasoning 

  • Oil - 2 tsp 
  • Onion -1 chopped 
  • Tomato -1 chopped 
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp 


Method 
Wash n pressure cook the chopped vegetable for 1 whistle  . 

Grind all the ingredients meant to grind to a fine paste 

In a kadai add oil , add chopped onion n fry till it turns pinkish red , then add ginger garlic paste n stir again for few seconds . Add chopped tomato n fry till the raw smell goes .Add the ground paste n fry well till the raw smell goes .  Add all the powders , n stir for few seconds , add salt , cooked vegetables n little water n boil ...
