Thaikela Chutney

Thaikela Chutney 

  • Thaikelo - 1 bunch 
  • Ghee- 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds-1/4 th tsp
  • Pepper Corns- 1/4 th tsp  
  • Green chilly -2 
  • Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind -Tamarind seed size 
  • Salt to taste 

Wash the thaikela leaves well n dry them . 

In a pan add ghee n roast cumin seeds , pepper corns n then add thaikela leaves n fry the leaves . 

Cool them and grind it along with grated coconut, green chillies, tamarind n salt to a semi coarse paste .

Serve with dosa, idly , rice .
