Ukde Seeth . Kultha Koddel , Limbiya Kanchi n Curds
Kulithu koddel ( Horse gram cooked in spicy coconut based gravy )
To grind to a fine paste
Wash horse gram n Pressure cook it for about 10 to 12 whistles or till cooked ( dont over cook n make it mushy )
Grind grated coconut, roasted dry red chillies n tamarind to a fine paste .
Add the ground paste to the cooked stuffs n boil well adding salt .
Then give the seasoning .
