Egg Stumbler


  • Eggs - 4
  • Bread slices- 6
  • Oil- 2 tsp 
  • Onion - 1 large
  • Tomatoes- 2 medium
  • Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste



Garnishing

  • Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tblsp


Method
Wash eggs n keep aside

Chop onions n  tomatoes  . 

Chop bread slices into 2 inch square  pieces or just tear it to tinny bits . 

In a kadai add oil , add chopped onions n fry well till pinkish golden red . Add chopped tomatoes n fry well till the raw smell goes adding salt n it turns mushy . keep the flame sim n beat eggs one by one ... stir it well ... till almost half cooked ( Eggs needs to be cooked just right , it shouldnt be too dry or even un -cooked , as bread needs to absorb the juice ) . Now add chilly powder, fry for a while n then add the bread pieces n mix well . so that the eggs get coated with the bread pieces . 

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves n mix well .

Serve Hot .
