Green Chutney Sandwich

Green Chutney Sandwich 

  • Bread Slices ... 6 
  • Butter ..1 tblsp



For green chutney

  • Mint leaves ..1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves..1/2 cup
  • Ginger..1/2 inch piece 
  • Garlic flakes..2
  • Onion..1
  • Green chilly ..3
  • Jaggery.. marble size 
  • Lime juice ..1 tblsp
  • Salt to taste 


Method 
Grind all the ingredients except lime juice to a fine paste without adding water . Remove add lime juice n mix well 

For sandwich 
Apply butter to one side of the bread n then apply the chutney , place another bread slice n apply butter on top of it . 

Heat a tawa n place the buttered sandwich n roast on both sides . 

Note : to make it healthy place cucumber, onion n tomato roundels in between the sandwich before roasting .
