Rajasthani Capsicum Sabzi

Rajasthani Capsicum Sabzi 
  • Capsicum ..2 
  • Oil ..1 tblsp 
  • Onion ..1 huge 
  • Tomato ..1 small 
  • Ginger ..1/2 inch piece
  • Garlic flakes ..4 to 5 
  • Green chilly ..3 
  • Mustard seeds ..1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds ..1/2 tsp 
  • Hing /Asafoetida ..2 generous pinch 
  • Curry leaves ..1 sprig
  • Cumin Powder ..1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder ..1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder..1/4 th tsp 
  • Salt to taste .


Method 
Wash n chop capsicum to 2 inch pieces 

Chop onion n tomato

Crush ginger, garlic n green chilly . 

In a kadai add oil, splutter mustard seeds n add cumin seeds n allow it to sweat n then add hing n curry leaves .add crushed ginger , garlic ,green chilly n stir for few seconds ..then add chopped onion n fry till transparent , add chopped tomato n cook till mushy .. Add all the powder's n stir again ..add chopped capsicum n little water along with salt n cook till done .
