Tingalavre n kadgi Koddel / White Navy beans with Raw Jackfruit cooked in coconut based gravy

Tingalavre  kadgi  Koddel / White Navy beans  with  Raw Jackfruit cooked   in coconut  based gravy  
  • Tingalvare / White Navy  beans .. 1/2 cup 
  • Raw Jack fruit pieces - 1 cup 

To grind 
  • Grated coconut- 2 cup's
  • Roasted dry red chillies- 5 to 7  
  • Tamarind- Tamarind seed size 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil-2 tsp 
  • Crushed Garlic flakes - 8 t0 10


Soak tingalvare  /White navy beans for 20 mts

Wash the jack fruit pieces .

Pressure cook tingalavare   till cooked n not mushy   .

Pressure cook raw jackfruit pieces for 1 whistle adding little salt .

Grind all the ingredients meant to grind to a fine paste .

Add the ground paste to the cooked stuffs n boil again . 

In a pan add oil n crushed garlic flakes n roast well till brownish red n pour this to the cooked gravy n mix well .
