Chapathis with Mushroom Phanna Upkari /Spicy Dry Masala
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Oil- 2 tsp
- Water as needed to prepare the soft dough
- Salt to Tate
- Oil as required to roast
Mushroom Phanna Upkari
Wash the mushrooms n chop roughly .Chop the onion.
Add tamarind in little water n set aside for 10 mts , squeeze well
In a kadai add oil, add chopped onion n fry till reddish brown n add chilly powder , stir for a while then add tamarind water .Add roughly chopped mushrooms. , salt n cook till done .
