Kulithu n Gabbo koddel ( Horse gram n Banana tree fiber spicy coconut based gravy )
To grind to a fine paste
Wash horse gram n Pressure cook it for about 10 t0 12 whistles or till cooked ( dont over cook n make it mushy
Pressure cook the chopped banana fiber for 2 or 3 whistles
Grind grated coconut, roasted dry red chillies n tamarind to a fine paste .
Add the ground paste to the cooked stuffs n boil well adding salt .
Then give the seasoning .
