Laayi Pitti Undo ( Puffed Paddy Powder Ladoo )

Laayi Pitti Undo ( Puffed Paddy Powder Ladoo ) 

  • Laayi Pitto/Puffed Paddy Powder ... 2 cups 
  • Black Thil/Black Sesame seeds ... 2 tsp 
  • Broken Cashewnuts ... 2 tsp 
  • Jaggery ... 1 cup 
  • Water ... 1/4 th cup 
  • Cardamom powder ... 1/2 tsp 
  • Ghee ..1 tblsp 


Method 
Dry roast the black thil on sim flame till they splutter . keep aside 

In a tsp of ghee , roast the broken cashewnuts . Keep aside .

In a thick bottomed kadai, add water n jaggery ...let it melt n cook for a while . Switch off the flame ..

In a bowl add the puffed paddy powder, roasted black thil , roasted cashewnuts , ghee n add the jaggery mixture . Mix well, grease the palm n then make round shaped ladoo's
