Vegetable Curd Baath

Vegetable Curd Bhaath 

  • Cooked Rice ..1 cup 
  • Carrot ..1/2 cup grated  
  • Onion..1 medium sized finely chopped 
  • Cucumber ...1/2 cup finely chopped 
  • Curds..3 cup's
  • Coriander leaves..1 tblsp chopped 
  • Green chillies..3 chopped 
  • Salt to taste 


  • Ghee..2 tsp 
  • Mustard seeds..1/2 tsp 
  • Curry leaves..1 sprig 
  • Bengal gram ..1 tsp 
  • Peanuts..2 tsp
  •  Cashew nuts.. 1 tsp broken 

In a mixing bowl add cooked rice, mash it a little bit , add curds, grated carrots, chopped onion chopped cucumber n chopped green chilly along with chopped  coriander leaves, salt n mix well n then season it ..Mix well n serve with pickle . 

Note : Chopped onions n chopped cucumber add just before serving as if added before it might make the curd rice watery ...
