Terrace Grown Coriander leaves -Kothimbir Vadi Tawa Roasted 
  • Besan /Gram flour-1 cup 
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves -2 1/2 cups 
  • Rice flour -3 tsp
  • Cumin seeds-1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder-1tsp
  • Chilly Powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder -1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/4 th  tsp 
  • Salt to taste

In a bowl mix all the above ingredients , sprinkle  little water ..this dough  has to be thick , knead it , grease the hands with oil n then s
hape the dough to cylindrical shape  .

Heat the  steamer , grease the plate n place the cylindrical dough n steam it for 20 mts .. cool n slice  into slant cut's .

Heat a tawa , drizzle oil n place the sliced steamed vadi side by side n roast on both sides till crisp . 

Serve hot with any spicy dip ..
