Wash the ladies finger n pat it dry . Remove the top n end part n Cut into roundels n keep aside.
Wash , peel the potato n chop int0 2 inch cubicles
In a kadai add oil, splutter mustard seeds, then add hing , chopped onion n cook till pinkish red . Add chopped tomato n cook till mushy .Add chopped green chilly n stir for few seconds . Add chopped potato , little water n cook till half cooked , then add chopped ladies finger n roast for few seconds . Add Misal pav masala powder , salt , water , tamarind paste n cook till both vegetable's is cooked . Garnish with coriander leaves .
Note : let the consistency of the gravy be medium
