Sukkale Batani Saar Upkari ( Dried Peas Plain Rasam )
Wash and soak dried peas overnight n pressure cook it for about 4 to 5 whistle or till cooked .
In a vessel add the cooked dried peas , slit green chilles, salt along with water for desired rasam consistency n cook well . Then do the seasoning .
wash the sweet potato .Scrap the skin n cut it into roundels .
In a bowl add chilly powder, turmeric powder, hing n salt ... Add the sweet potato roundels n sprinkle little water ,mix well . .. Set aside for about 10 mts ..
Heat a dosa tawa,just drizzle oil ... Run the marinated sweet potato over rice flour n place it side by side on the heated tawa n roast on both the sides .
