Achari Drumstick Leaves Paratha

  •  Whole wheat flour ... 1 cup
  •  Besan Gram flour .. 1/4 th cup
  •  Drumstick Leaves ..2 cup's ( wash them )
  •  Any Pickle Masala ..2 tsp
  •  Green chilly finely crushed ..2 
  • Grated Ginger ..1/2 tsp 
  • Turmeric Powder..1/4 th tsp 
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed to prepare the dough 
  •  Oil.. 1 tsp 
  •  Ghee .. as needed to roast the paratha . 


Method

 In a bowl add the whole wheat flour , besan, turmeric powder, finely crushed green chilly  , grated ginger , pickle masala ,salt n drumstick leaves .Mix well ,add water n make a soft dough ...Apply oil to the dough n keep aside for about 1/2 an hour . 

Again knead the dough n make into equal sized golf ball's . 


Dust a surface n place the dough ball on it n roll into round thick paratha's. 

 Heat a tawa , place this rolled paratha on it , add ghee n cook on both sides ... 

Serve hot
