Appi Payasam -A ududpi Brahmin delicacy 

  • Maida-2 cups
  • Milk-2 1/2 cups
  • sugar-2 1/2 cups
  • cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
  • Kesar -a few strands or 1/4 th teaspoon yellow color 
  • cashewnuts-10
  • dry grapes-10
  • ghee for frying 
Method 

soak dry grapes n Cashewnuts in water for 10 mts ..
 in a bowl add  maida , water n make thin puris ..n deep fry them in ghee till crisp ...
Boil milk ,add sugar .In little luke warm milk soak kesar strands for 10 mts  n add it to d boiled milk .now add  crushed puris to the milk..add cardamom powder , soaked cashewnuts n dry grapes
