Palak Dhal !

Palak Dhal !
  • Roughly chopped palak-2 cups 
  • Thoor dhal-1/2 cup
  • onion-1
  • Garlic crushed-3 flakes
  • Tomato-1
  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  • salt to taste 

Seasoning 
  • Ghee /oil -1 tsp
  • Mustard-1/2 tsp 
  • Cumin seeds-1/4 th tsp
  • Hing - a pinch
  • curry leaves-1 sprig
  • Dry red chilly - 2 

Method 
Pressure cook thur dhal , churn it n keep aside ..
in a kadai add oil, crushed garlic, chopped onion n fry till transparent ,add chopped tomatoes n fry till the raw smell goes .. add chopped palak n fry till cooked .. add turmeric powder ,chilly powder,salt  n cooked dhal n boil again n then give d seasoning ..
