Haryali Mutter ( Green Peas in Green Gravy )
- Green peas -1 cup
- Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
- Onion -1
- Tomato-1
- Green chillies -1 or 2
- Garlic flakes-3
- Ginger -small piece
- Coriander powder-1 tsp
- Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/4 th tsp
- Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi-1/2 tsp
- oil -2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Pressure cook Peas for 1 whistle n keep aside ..dont discard d water ..
Grind coriander leaves, garlic, ginger n green chillies to a fine paste
In a kadai add oil, chopped onions ..fry till pink , add in tomatoes n fry till the raw smell goes.. add in d ground paste n fry for a while .. add in all masalas, the cooked peas n kasuri methi, salt n give a quick boil !
