- Bread fruit -1 medium sized ( sliced )
- Red chilly powder-3tsp
- Rice flour -3 tsp
- Hing /Asafoetida -2 pinch
- Turmeric powder-1/4 th tsp
- Rawa /semolina -1/2 cup or as needed
- salt to taste
- Pint of oil
Method
Wash , slice the breadfruit n remove the tough skin ( dont discard d skin . as the skin can b used for upkari/palya or even gojju )
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except Rawa .. add in the sliced bread fruit ..sprinkle little water n marinate it for 20 mts ..
Heat a Tawa .. just drizzle a little oil .. run d breadfruit marinate with rawa n shallow fry on both sides !
