Dhal Makhani

Dhal Makhani
  • Whole Black Urad Dhal ( with skin )-1/2 Cup
  • Rajma- 2 tbsp
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato-2
  • Butter-3 tsp
  • oil-1 tsp
  • Fresh cream-1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds-1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste -2 tsp
  • Garam Masala-1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  • salt to taste
Soak Rajma n Black urid overnight n pressure cook it ..
Chop onion n tomatoes . 
In a kadai add butter n oil .. splutter  cumin seeds, then add chopped onions n fry till transparent , add ginger garlic paste fry for a while ,add in chopped tomatoes n cook till mushy then add all the powders, cooked dhal n boil . stir in fresh cream !
