Dry Fruits Ladoos ! Version 1
- Chopped Cashwents-1/2 cup
- Chopped Anjur-1/2 cup
- Choped Dates-1/2 cup
- Chopped Almonds-1/2 cup
- Chopped Pista -1/2 cup
- Dry Grapes-1/2 cup
- Chopped Dry copra-1/2 cup
- Khus Khus/Poppy seeds-3 tsp
- Cardamon powder-2 tsp
- Jaggery-1cup
- Ghee -1 tsp
Method
In a kadai , dry fry chopped cashwenuts..keep aside .. then dry fry Khus Khus/Poppy seeds ..
Melt jaggey adding lil water .. till 1 string .. add all the chopped dry fruits along with dry copra n cardamom powder .. mix well ,apply Ghee to the palm n bind ladoos ! when cool store in air tight container !
