For seasoning -
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Method
In a bowl add all the ingredients n mix properly ..sprinkle water if required .. Form small 2 inch sausage shapes (muthia shapes) and place in steamer n steam for 20 mts ..once done cool it ! n slice it into 1 cm slice ..
In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds,
Add the steamed sliced methi muthia and stir fry till slightly crispy !
