Crispy Urid Appo with coconut chutney !
  • 1 glass-Urid Dhal
  • 2 glass -raw rice 
  • 2 tsp- Chana dhal 
  • salt to taste 
Method
Soak urid dhal ,rice and chana dhal for 3 hours n grind all thse to a fine paste , remove the ground batter  add salt  n ferment overnight ..
Heat appa tawa , apply oil , pour in batter n roast on both sides till crisp
Serve hot with chutney !
