Mushroom Chilly !

Mushroom Chilly ! 
  • Sliced Mushrooms-2 cups 
  • Medium capsicum -1
  • Medium onions-2 
  • Garlic-6 flakes 
  • Ginger-small piece 
  • Green chillies-4
  • Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce-2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup-2 tsp 
  • Red chilly sauce-2 tsp
  • Corn flour-6 tsp
  • corn flour water ( in 1/4 th cup water add 1 tsp corn flour ) 
  • coriander leaves for garnishing 
  • Salt to taste 
  • oil for frying 

Method 
Add chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and little water to sliced mushrooms ..mix well n deep fry .

Chop onions, capsicum n green chillies lengthwise .. chop ginger and garlic .

In a kadai add oil , chopped garlic , chopped ginger and green chillies n fry for 2 to 4 mts . add onions n fry till pink n then add capsicum n fry for 10 mts ,add salt ,soya sauce, tomato ketchup,red chilly sauce , cornflour water n fried mushrooms ..mix well till everything is coated well to the fried mushrooms n then garnish with coriander leaves .
