Corn Biryani
- 1cup-basmati rice
- 11/2 glass water
- 1cup-sweet corn
- 1-large onion
- 1-large tomato
- 1tsp-ginger garlic paste
- 1-small piece cinnamon
- 2-cloves
- 2.-green Cardamom
- 1-bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp -chilly powder
- 1/4 th tsp-turmeric powder
- 1/4 th tsp -turmeric powder
- 1/4 th tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tblsp-ghee
- 1/4 th bunch-mint leaves
- 2-green chillies
- 4 -cloves garlic flakes
- salt to taste
Method
Prepare rice n keep aside
pressure cook corn kernels
grind tomato and garlic flakes ..
In a kadai add ghee, bay leaf , cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, slit green chillies, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste n fry 4 a while .. then add d ground paste ..fry till d raw smell goes !..add in chopped mint leaves, add cooked corn kernels, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder n garam masala .. add in rice n mix till all d masla is well coated !
