Mirgut Roti

Mirgut Roti 
  • Wheat flour-2 cups 
  • water as needed
  • salt to taste 

Spice Mixture 
  • Red chilly powder -3 tsp
  • Crushed Garlic - 4 tsp 
  • Finely chopped Coriander  leaves - 3 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • oil-2 tsp 
Method 
In a bowl add wheat flour, salt , water n prepare a soft dough n keep aside for 20 mts .

Roll out a small disc of the chapati dough n place little red chilly powder, little crushed garlic,little chopped  coriander leaves ,salt , little oil n mix well n spread it ..make 3 fold n roll out the chapatis n place it on a hot tawa n roast on both sides .

Serve hot with curds/butter/ghee .
