Mushroom Fried Rice !
- Cooked Basmati Rice- 1 cup
- Button Mushrooms- 2 cups (slit from between)
- Medium Onions- 1
- Spring onion - 3 tsp
- Chopped ginger -1 tsp
- Chopped garlic -1tsp
- Chopped green chilly-1or 2 according to the taste
- Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Soya Sauce- 2-3 tsp
- Ajinomoto- 1/4 th tsp ( i have not used )
- Sugar- 1/4 tsp (optional )
- chopped Coriander leaves-2 tsp
- Oil- 5-6 tbsp
- Salt- To taste
Method
In a kadai add oil , chopped garlic , ginger n green chillies ..fry for 2 mts. then add chopped onion n fry till golden brown .. add mushrooms n cook for about 3 to 5 mts n then add chopped spring onions saute for 2 mts .Add salt, ajinomoto, sugar ,soya sauce n saute for a minute .then add the cooked basmathi rice n pepper powder ,mix well n keep stirring for 2 mts on low flame ..switch off and garnish with coriander leaves.
