Tomato Rice TYPE 1
- Cooked Basmati Rice-1 cup
- Tomatoes-3 meduim
- Onion -1
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder-1 tsp (according to d taste )
- Garam Masala Power-1 tsp
- Cloves-2
- Cinnamon -1
- Oil/Ghee -2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
In a kadai add oil/Ghee add in cloves , Cinnamon ,finely chopped onions..fry till transparent ,then Ginger garlic paste fry for a minute ,add in chopped tomatoes n fry till the raw smell goes .. add all the powders , salt n cooked rice ..mix well !
