- Jaggery ,Lemon size ..2 adjust according to sweetness .
- Chilly Powder...1tsp i used Kashmiri laal
- Salt to taste .
- Oil ...2 tsp
- Mustard seeds ..1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds/Methi seeds ..1/4 th tsp
- Hing /Asafoetida .-a pinch
- Curry leaves ..1 sprig
Wash sweet hog plums n pressure cook it for 2 or 3 whistle ...
Cool n remove the skin n discard the water ..
In a vessel add the cooked peeled sweet hog plum's ,jaggery n water for consistency along with chilly powder n salt n boil well n then give the seasoning .
