Adai Dosa

Adai Dosa
  • 1 Glass-Dosa Rice
  • 1/4 th cup -Thur Dhal
  • 1/4th cup-Chana Dhal
  • 1/4 th cup-Moong Dhal
  • 1/4 th Cup-urid Dhal
  • 2-green chilles
  • 1-red chilly
  • small piece -Ginger
  • small piece-onion
  • little coriender leaves
  • 2 sprigs -curry leaves
  • 1 fist full -grated coconut
  • little -hing
Method
soak rice n all dhals for 3 hrs n grind it along with both chillies, ginger ,coriender leaves, hing,curry leaves, n grated coconut .. grind to a little coarse paste ..
can Season the batter with mustard n can even add chopped drumstick leaves ! no need to ferment ..keep d batter for 1/2 an hr .. add salt .. 

heat a tawa .. smear oil ..take a ladle full batter .. n roast on both sides !

Serve hot with chutney !
