Soak Dhal for 3 hrs , drain n grind to a fine paste .. soak Maida in 8 glass of water for an hour ..drain all the water from the top slowly from maida and mix with the ground dhal with enough water to make a pouring consistency .. ferment overnt Heat a tawa ,,appy a tsp of oil ..spread a ladle full of batter n roast on both sides .. serve hot with coconut chutney !
